Individual Therapy
Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need support to navigate it. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or simply seeking personal growth, individual therapy provides a space for self-exploration, healing, and clarity. I'm here to meet you where you are - offering a balance of compassion and accountability to support meaningful, sustainable change.
My Approach
I take a practical, down-to-earth, and educational approach to therapy. That means helping you understand the "why" behind your struggles while equipping you with the tools to move forward with confidence. My integrative style draws from a variety of evidence-based trauma modalities, including: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Post Induction Therapy (inner child work, feeling reduction, psychodrama, experiential), CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals - whether you're healing past wounds, managing current stress, or building a more connected and intentional life.

Individual Therapy for Adults
Adulthood can bring a mix of responsibilities, pressures, and expectations - from careers and family to relationships and personal growth. Many people find themselves feeling stretched thin, disconnected, or uncertain about their direction.

You may be navigating a major life transition, healing from past trauma, or confronting patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and realign with what truly matters.

Together we'll work to:
-
Understand and shift unhelpful patterns
-
Build resilience and emotional clarity
-
Strengthen your self-worth and boundaries
-
Reconnect with a more empowered version of yourself

Healing doesn't mean eliminating struggle; it means developing the tools to move through it with intention and strength.
Therapy for Teens
The teen years are full of intense change, growth, and identity exploration. Between academic demands, family expectations, evolving friendships, and the pressures of social media, many teens feel overwhelmed or misunderstood.

Therapy offers teens a safe, judgement-free space to:
-
Understand their emotions
-
Build coping skills and self-confidence
-
Improve communication with peers and family
-
Explore identity in a supportive environment

I take a relatable, grounded approach when working with teens - balancing education, emotional support, and empowerment. My goal is to help them build self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to navigate challenges with confidence.

Therapy for Young Adults
The transition into adulthood is one of the most pivotal, and often confusing, times in life. You're expected to make big decisions, take on responsibility, and define your future - all while still figuring out who you are.

Many young adults experience:
-
Anxiety about the future
-
Difficulty with motivation, decision-making, or independence
-
Pressure to "keep up" with peers
-
Patterns from childhood that interfere with adult life

If you're feeling stuck, lost, or struggling with "failure to launch," therapy can help you make sense of what's holding you back and create a path forward that feels manageable and meaningful.

Together, we'll explore your values, build skills for adulthood, and help you feel more confident in your ability to move through life with purpose.
