I offer individual therapy for adults and teens navigating complex PTSD, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship struggles, and low self-worth. My integrative approach draws from EMDR and other evidence-based modalities to support healing at the root.

For clinicians, I provide clinical supervision for associate-level counselors in Arizona who are looking to build confidence, clinical skill, and a sustainable practice aligned with their values. I also offer EMDR consultation with a focus on attachment trauma, dissociation, and parts work - ideal for therapists working toward certification or seeking to strengthen their trauma-informed lens.
