Attachment and Healthy Relationships

Our longing to connect is a fundamental part of being human.

Our attachment style has the ability to impact our development emotionally, psychologically, relationally, physically, even neurologically. Our attachment systems influence what we believe about our own worth, how we see other people, our ability to meet our own needs, and how we communicate. Essentially, there is no aspect of ourselves and our lives that attachment does not touch.

Our Attachment and Healthy Relationships workshop unravels the complexities of both childhood and adulthood attachment systems. We will discuss why a fundamental understanding of attachment is important. Together we will delve into all four attachment styles, the childhood set up for each style, and explore how those styles exhibit themselves in adulthood. We will dive deeper into unhealthy relationship patterns that are common for insecure attachment styles, and most importantly strategies to move towards  more secure attachments and build healthier relationships.

Approximately 50% of people struggle with an insecure attachment style. This workshop can be your first step towards understanding and healing your attachment wounds to create healthier and more secure relationships.
