Do you offer online therapy?
Yes, I offer virtual therapy sessions for those who prefer or need remote options. This can be a convenient way to access therapy from the comfort of your own home. The only requirement is that you are located in the state of Arizona.

What is the cost per session?
50-minute sessions are $190; 80-minute sessions are $290. Payment is taken at the close of session.

Do you accept insurance?
I am not currently in-network with insurance providers, but I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider about your out-of-network benefits.

What is your approach to therapy?
My approach integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and IFS. I combine compassion with accountability to help you work through challenges and achieve your goals.

What can I expect during my first therapy session?
During your first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, any past experiences, and your goals for therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and get comfortable with the process. We will work together to create a unique plan that best supports your journey.

How long do therapy sessions last?
It is typical that individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes, while couples and family sessions are 80 minutes. This can always be adjusted if necessary.

How many therapy sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your needs and goals. Some people attend therapy for just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support. We will regularly review your progress and adjust as needed.

How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book an appointment by visiting my Contact Page or by calling/texting me directly at 623-335-2786. I'll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.

What is your no-show or cancellation policy?
Therapy takes a commitment from both parties, so out of respect for the time reserved for your session, we require 48 hours' advance notice for cancellations. The full fee will be charged for short notice cancellations and no-shows.

What ages and types of clients do you treat?
I work with individuals 13 and older, couples, and families.

Do you provide legal testimony?
If you are currently involved in legal proceedings or expect to be, it's important to maintain the integrity of the therapeutic process. To support this, I choose not to participate in legal matters or provide testimony in court. If you require a therapist who is willing to engage in legal proceedings, I encourage you to seek one who offers that service. I would be happy to provide you with referrals to other mental health professionals who may be a better fit for your needs.

What should I do if I have an emotional crisis?
Connect directly to the national Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988. You may also call the Maricopa Crisis Line at 602-222-9444. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the closest emergency room. My phone and email are not and cannot be used as a crisis line.
