Core Messages and Self-Sabotage

The only thing standing between you and your goal is the story you keep telling yourself as to why you can't achieve it.

What we believe about ourselves, others, and the world around us will inevitably impact the way we move throughout life. Majority of adults struggle with negative self-talk and negative beliefs about who they are. These beliefs are often the catalyst to self-sabotaging behaviors. When we engage in self-sabotaging behaviors they often solidify our negative beliefs, creating a vicious cycle that can be difficult to overcome.

In the Core Messages and Self-Sabotage Workshop we will delve into the intricate web of negative internal dialogues and the impacts it has on our lives. We will break down what core beliefs are and where they come from. We will also explore distorted cognitive patterns that assist in upholding these negative beliefs. Together, we will explore the signs of self-sabotage and learn about the cycle of self-sabotage. Most importantly, we will talk about how to combat negative beliefs, break the cycle, and create internal compassion.

If you have not taken the Trauma and Relational Wounding Workshop, we recommend doing that prior to taking the Core Messages and Self-Sabotage Workshop as it will give you a stronger foundation and deepen your understanding of this topic.
