Self-care goes far beyond taking a bubble bath and "treating yourself." To me, self-care is a practice of taking personal responsibility and learning to nurture yourself - mind, body, and soul. Many of us struggle to know what we truly need to take care of ourselves and many more of us struggle with implementing practices of self-care.

In our Self-Care and Healthy Habits Workshop we will delve into the six different areas of self-care, identify your needs in each area, and explore the benefits of taking care of yourself in these areas. We will explore the process of creating healthy habits and personal barriers to creating new habits. You will learn the science behind habit formation and the four laws for creating meaningful, lasting habit loops.

After this workshop, you will have a comprehensive understanding of self-care practices, focusing on realistic interventions that promote recovery, wellness, and growth. ​​​​
